Lease agreements
Generate a draft agreement PDF straight from the lease, or upload the signed copy. Documents are stored privately and opened through short-lived signed links, never a public URL.
Invoicing with real charges
One invoice can carry Rent, Utility, Hydro, Late Fee, Maintenance and Others together. Utility and Hydro record the meter units. Invoices mark themselves Paid once payments cover the total.
