Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Soxoie (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Soxoie is web-based property management software for managing properties, units, tenants, leases, billing, payments, and maintenance. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store in the Service (property records, tenant details, financial entries, documents). You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store any personal data you enter about others, such as tenants.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Financial records

The Service helps you track invoices, payments, and balances, but it is a record-keeping tool — not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Verify figures independently before relying on them.

7. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
